Each Snoozer bed or
dog car seat starts
off as a design pattern and carefully cut out, measured and sized to
meet specific
quality standards. Once the Snoozer design team has a working
pattern it is handed off to the chief sewing tech for a mock-up to
be produced and tested in house before it is introduced in to the
Snoozer product line. In house dog testers include Beckley, Savannah
and Cody. Provided the dogs give their seal of approval the team of
25 sewing techs study the pattern and begin to mass produce the
design for the market place.
All Snoozer
dog bed's are sewn to order for the many retail website's and catalogue companies
including PetSnap.com. When you place your order for
a Snoozer product it is individually made just for you and ships
direct from Greenville, SC. The O'Donnell team is always working at
getting things out as quickly as possible taking in most cases 2-5
business days to sew and ship out standard orders.
O'Donnell hand picks their fabrics, zippers and fill to ensure the
highest quality found in any pet bed on the market today. Known for
their style and comfort the Snoozer brand has even been in the
"White House". Fabric styles include
plaids,
quilts and even tough water resistant nylon. Every bed receives

Once sewn and ready to fill each bed is moved to the filling
department where they are carefully stuffed using a standard
air-fill
process. Beds receive an equal amount of poly-fill so they provide
the maximum loft and softness when your dog lays down to rest or sleep.
Snoozer dog beds also offer a
poly-cedar mix
fill which helps in reducing smells and other pet related odors.
The beds being filled on the right are the
Original Snoozer round
beds in khaki plaid and red. The beds receive their final inspection
before they are boxed and taken to the shipping department for
delivery to your door.
All dog beds ship
via UPS ground from Greenville, SC and can take several days to
travel across the country to cities out west. Fastest delivery times
are to customers on the east coast and mid west.
From time to time O'Donnell will make up extra covers to keep on
hand during high demand periods. This helps reduce the shipping time
even more once an order is placed. Standard stock colors include,
solids, plaids and quilted fabrics. Bed covers pre made
