3 Easy Steps to putting your
O'Donnell Safety Harness on your pet!
Confused on how to put on your
safety harness? We have put together 3 easy steps to help you and your
pet out. Remember a harness should be used with any Pet Car Safety Seat
however you can use your own if you have one.
Step 1:
Position the harness as shown above with the metal D-Ring facing you on
the left and the fuzzy side up ( this will make for a comfortable fit
against your pets chest). Place your pets left front leg in the
"V" section of the harness as shown in fig 1.
Step 2: Pull
the "V" portion of the harness up and around your pets left
front leg. Align the top male clip with the top female clip and do the
same with the bottom clips under your pets right leg as shown in fig 2. Snap the buckles together.
What do I do
with the extra strap material? That's easy, once you have put
on your Pets Safety Harness for the first time you will notice that there is extra strapping material. Simply cut it with scissors and use
some nail polish to coat the edges to keep the ends of the straps from
fraying.
How do I hook
the harness to the Car Seat Strap? Once you have your pet in
the harness and placed within the car seat you can simply connect the
car seat strap to the metal d-ring as shown above. Your pet in now
secure and ready to ride in their very own Pet Safety Car Seat. |
